Don't laugh. I will ask some more important questions about Grand rapids later in learning about the forum. (I might be moving there from Houston Texas)
Do they sell Dos x's beer there? I'm grilling burgers watching my son play with water guns in shorts and drinking a Dos X's wondering... Can i do this in May in Grand Rapids?

Just moved from GR last year. Yes, you can get it there. My dh used to drink it all the time. You can get it pretty much anywhere. Cascade D&W, Cascade Meijer, B&B Liquors (they have a great selection of imports and micro brews).

Yes, you can get Dos X here. You may not, however, want to wear shorts in May unless you consider 50 degrees warm.

Depending on the day and your tolerance to "cold" weather you can wear shorts. My friends consider 60 degrees weather for shorts, I won't do it unless its 90... guess that's why I moved away Dos x is easy to find here and its everywhere, enjoy! but , you are not going to find presidente anywhere!

I'll be moving from here to Houston soon. Shame we can't zap our stuff between us, would be a whole heck of a lot cheaper!

We have many, many warm, sunny days in May in Michigan. I can remember eating lunch outside with my co-workers during the second week of April this year because it was 81 degrees, sunny, and gorgeous. That was in Ann Arbor, GR can't be too much different. By May, the leaves are on the trees, the grass is green, the flowers are blooming, and, unless it is raining, we usually have pretty nice weather with temps in the 60s and up.

Can you inform me of ways to meet people in GR. I just moved here and don't have kids.

An even better question is why would you want to?
Just kidding.... don't want to knock Dos Equis too much, but once you move to GR, you will discover many other great beers. Founder's is one of the best microbreweries in the world and is located right here in downtown Grand Rapids. Also Bell's is just an hour south in Kalamazoo. Also located in GR is Hopcat, which is a beer bar, all microbrew. It's rated one of the top few in the whole world, the selection is amazing and so is the food.
