One thing seldom mentioned, but ALL people should stop to think about, is that coal and oil are NOT just used for vehicle and power plant fuel.
There is a huge chemical industry built around coal and oil. Look around your house, and THINK about what things are made from. Look in your closet and THINK about what is needed to make the synthetic fabrics and shoes that you wear.
NO ONE in the world today can be against petroleum production, logging, mining, or agriculture without being a hypocrite!
EVERYBODY who lives is using the products of those activities!
