In fact I believe there are things in there about being able to face one's accuser and it says nothing about them being allowed to shoot you down while you're facing them.

The Fourteenth Amendment was ratified following the civil war to confirm that safeguards built into the Constitution applied to all persons. It particularly addresses the ideals of due process. If you believe there is something buried within that amendment that would allow executing any person without a trial please cite the appropriate passage and your rationale for the meaning you believe it imparts.
Not in the least. Almost all of them would self-deport if the government just (1) enforced laws punishing employers for hiring illegals and (2) barred illegals from receiving government benefits.
