Now I certainly don't believe they do, had, as some claim, they captured Aliens in '47 there would be no way they would have been able to keep it a secret.
Well in this day and age where it is OK to be a whistle blower and make some money reporting on secrets especially government secrets I'm surprised that no one has tried to come out.
Of course if they did it would be easy to silence them since anything like aliens is put on the pile of conspiracy theories and not taken seriously by most.
Possibly. The reason being is that it's practically impossible to reveal without coming across as insane. For example, if you leaked something about, let's say corruption, people will be inclined to take you seriously. If you go to the press and tell them that the government are hiding an alien spaceship beneath the Pentagon, then you're likely to be referred to a qualified psychiatrist.
