So far I have been reading about the differences between Millennials and Gen Z. This year Generation Z is heading off the college, and for many Gen Z cohort will be heading into the work force and military. With the recent gun shooting in Florida, many of those Gen Z are demanding action to change laws and action from politicians. Millennials did not do such from what I remember, but just protest, protest, protest. Millennials on the other hand listen to words and hold people for their words and not actions. From my observation. Millennials care about what you say, and not much about what you do! Or hold more attention to what you say, vs what you do! Nothing wrong with such thought process, but this is our my segment of the population. Especially if college educated!
