I've only really taken note of this in a very few cases. One that sticks out is Charles Manson. He has/had crazy eyes. I'll let you decide on the trust issue.
I think if we're talking about people who have eyes that are weird looking from some freak accident, like they apear to be looking off to the sides but they are really looking at you, then it's probably okay to trust them - if you know them and feel comfortable with that person. If they have an evil look in their eyes, but otherwise look kind of normal, like say Charles Manson, or John Wayne Gacy, then, no. I would not trust them.
I have to laugh at the concept of being able to tell if a person is evil by looking at their eyes. I worked in a maximum security prison for ten years and was around some truly EVIL people. Some of the inmates that had committed the most horrific crimes imaginable might look like your favorite Uncle.
One of the worst murderers we had in general population had visitors every weekend. He would put on his best clothes and when he went into the visiting room every Female in the place would swoon. He looked like Brad Pitt and had a "killer" smile. In his case it was a killer smile. LOL.
