I think ALL ads for prescription drugs should be banned from the airwaves. We are an overmedicated society as it is and don't need the general public to be encouraged to take MORE.
I detest those commercials - and do they have to be so long? I gather they are making tons of $$$. At least the 'fire-works' lubricant commercials are short!! And the PJ-gram is seasonal. Thank God (or your favorite cosmic being) for small miracles!!

You are probably setting on your porch with your bottles of booze and a shotgun, shouting insults at any one passing your place on the way to worship God. Or maybe you are one of the ones reving up your souped up truck or your huge motorcycle, as you drive past a place of worship.

Well, it's just like all those famous preachers who rant against homosexuality or adultery, but themselves are secretly gay or have mistresses.
When you stand before God (soon) , and he asks you why you willfully rejected him all your earthly life, used his precious name in vain and flippantly, etc... you wont be able to say : 'Well you see, I didnt like the shenannigans of some Televangelists , I didnt RVLover, I thought some Christians were hypocritical, and I never cared for the Fish symbol on the back of cars' . Each will answer for ONESELF and no excuses will be considered !.
RVlover, is it self-centeredness for you to think of yourself (and your fellow humans) as the "prized creation" in the entire universe? How can that NOT be Vanity? And your God rewards vanity.
