Sure, right, yah, I see. Capitalist fleeing for socialism
Now for some reality.
Yes, the reality is very easy to grasp. There are about 2,500,000 Turkish immigrants living in Germany. Turkey is more capitalist than Germany, which is one of those socialist countries that are destroying Europe.
No doubt you have a simple explanation which does not involve people leaving capitalist Turkey by the millions and settling in socialist Germany.
Currently, there are 6-million immigrants from North African capitalist countries, and 2.5-million from black African capitalist countries living in the dreaded cesspool of socialism, France. Funny how that occurred without anybody leaving capitalist countries to immigrate into the horrors of socialism.

One will find that the parasite-class, those with a feeling of entitlement, but without a sense of self-responsibility, always move towards socialism and its pipe-dream of prosperity-without-effort.
Even if I assumed your "facts" are accurate, they could be leaving religious persecution with the prospect of death at the hands of intolerants being the driving force, not leaving capitalism.
Worthwhile people don't flee capitalism, they embrace it. Capitalism produces wealth, socialism spreads what it steals from capitalists, but mostly, it just spreads misery.
I am not interested in winning debate victories of no consequence. I am concerned with keeping America alive, keeping it free and the bastion for good that it is. In other words, keeping the country free of socialism and its parent company, communism.
There are those who say they want to level the playing field, but what they are really doing is evening the score board until there are no winners and no losers. In a world where there can be no winners, there will be no progress, no exertion of effort, to taking of risk, or expenditure of capital. It is only the prospect of winning (making a profit) that motivates the process which creates wealth.
When the orginal pilgrims came to this country, they came under a contract that specified collectivism. Productivity was so low that many starved during the winter, motivating a modifiction to the contract to allow each to keep the fruits of his or her labor. That fall, the harvest was so large, they had a feast which became Thanksgiving.

I'm glad you disagree with semperlibri, who is no longer a member and has apparently been banned from the forum. As I recall. he said "and Europe, where they are fleeing from [socialism]". Maybe we should ask Bennymaru to cast the tie-breaking vote. Its amazing, the certainty with which you two (or three) can sit in your living rooms and explain the migration dynamics of Turks, Moroccans, Germans and Swedes with such sweeping (and contradictory) generalizations, and then, on top it it, point out the flaws and inaccuracies (if not bold-faced lies) in their own government census data, which every country except America is so notoriously and infamously prone to.

So you don't live in America then??
To be honest, if I felt as you do, I wouldn't live here either. You blind yourself with a multitude of factoids, but can't see the forest.
Europeans countries are evolving away from socialism. That is not in dispute. Capitalism and freedom create wealth while socialism can do no more than spread the wealth capitalism created around after stealing it.

Why do you ASS-Ume that you know how I feel? Here's absolute proof that you are absolutely wrong. Every person in the world who feels as I do, lives here. So you just made a ASS out of U.

I only take you to be as your words portray you to be. If you are fibbing, well that's on your. You are correct, I did assume you were accurately portraying your feelings in your vitriol. If I am wrong, I accept your apology for being a teller of non-truths.
I know a few people who feel like you who live here, but most who live here reject your portrayed (perhaps a lie) image that your posts paint of you. Again, if I am wrong, I accept your apology for misleading/deceiving.
Anyway, you have a nice weekend.
