I don't have a problem with shooting a deer, or turkey or most game if they are to be eaten. What I don't like is hunting season when people go out and shoot and shoot and shoot, like how many trophys do you need on a wall? Also, when shooting deer, and the deer runs off into the woods and you can't find them, is that animal cruelty, chances are it is wounded, because if it was dead--you would more than likely find it.
As far as fishing in Florida, I wouldn't much want to be around the fishing areas because of the pythons. Media makes it look like they are just crossing the highways down there like pedestrians. Are there any fish left, or are the pythons not taking a toll on the wildlife.
I would say, go python hunting and rid your state of those serpents.
Cheers
