Heatstroke for babies and the elderly. Or freezing to death. Allergies for the susceptible. No money for medicine, doctors, or even prophylactics for recreational sex.
And how are you going to get rid of an instinctive trait older than civilization?

No thanks. My ancestors spent 10,000 years coming down from the trees and harnessing nature so we could live past the ripe old age of 36 in comfort and security. I've seen what it's like to live with nothing, and I'm not that green.
Sponger. with that attitude we'd still be up in the trees.
As for the op's request? i cant think of anywhere in the southern USA where you could escape civilization..You could probably pull it off in Northern Canada but you'd have to pay a price for the desolation .= Winter
"who wants to join"
No, once you get more than 1 person to do anythings , it get complected it will take for ever to get it done.
"forget living for profit"
it is not by choice, no job=no profit
not a financial risk taker type=no profit/lose
"simple humble house, just pure simple life"

You have that wrong. There are plenty of places in the southern USA where you can escape civilization. The trick is finding places where you can avoid football.
try north... you'd be amazed at how the cold reduces over-population and urban sprawl
