It's not just the mineral and energy production that's shackled ... the Fed's have been going after our water resources, too.

Add to the mix the impending regulation of particulates, which will make farming a thing of the past in the region ... if the current proposed standards are implemented. If it isn't dust, it's protected species which don't need protection ....
