New entry price of $28,800 for 2013 is a $6,400 cut from last year's model

Nissan’s new entry-level version of the 2013 Leaf electric car will start at $28,800, meaning the final cost could fall below $20,000 after subtracting federal and state tax incentives available in Tennessee and a number of other states.
