I have a foul odor coming from my garbage disposal. Is there an odor remover I can use to prevent this?

Generally speaking putting baking soda and hot water down the drain solves most odor issues. I use boiling water on regular drains but probably not a good idea with a disposer. The other thing we did was throw a lemon in it.

Check and see if it.s leaking down in the cabinets: last time I smelled something, sure enough there was a hole in the disposal and ookie liquid was starting to mold my towels.
If no leak is found: baking soda or essential oil (just a few drops) cures the odour.

Quarter a lemon. Toss a piece in the disposer, add a few ice cubes. Layer lemon and ice until it's full, them run it.

Not on septic, are you?
Ultimate fix is to dismantle all the plumbing and actually clean pipes inside. betcha there will be ton of nasty stuff. It's actually not that hard to do.
My realtor once told me to let water run for some time after you done using disposer. That flushes sediments down and far away into the pipes.
