What percentage of recycled paper is used to make new paper?

Pretty much none, unless the package says it's made with recycled paper. I used to buy cases of paper at a time and I could find some made with 30%, some with 50%, and some with 100% recycled paper content. The latter was unfortunately the most expensive. If the ream doesn't say it's made with recycled content or waste by-product, then you can usually assume that it's all virgin-forest paper.
