Gosh, under the ARRA of 09 all we get is a tax credit for buying an ole' gas guzzler.

Here in texas they were offering a 3000 dollar to those get a new car that own a car ten years or older. I think the money has been used up quite a while back. That's because older cars were shown to do 90% of the pollution verus newer car studies showed.
