Social groups for young couples? (Winston-Salem, Salem: house, club, moving)

Just wondering if anyone knows of any groups for young couples without kids in the Triad area (ideally around Winston-Salem). DH and I are specifically looking for a way to meet new friends after our move is completed in July.

I found the link to the Piedmont Hiking and Outing Club from another thread and that looks intriguing, but most of their members are older than DH and I (both of us are 25). We'd be up for a similar outdoor oriented group, but also could go for less active ones as well. We participated in a dinner/dessert get together here in SC.

Click on the "Community" tab, and you'll find links to lots of community organizations, some of which may interest you.
