Help locating area please? (Davidson, Welcome: real estate, apartment, for rent)

I keep seeing people are saying good things about the Arcadia/Welcome area of Davidson County. I am trying to locate this area and do a real estate search for this area. Can anyone help me with say and zip code or something that would bring me to houses for rent/sale in these areas? We are relocating and Davidson County along with Davie County seem to have good schools. I just want to do a little more research on Davidson County and find the right area to look with good schools, but still nice and rural. Thanks.

A quick check of the maps shows a property located exactly halfway between Welcome and Arcadia, with the zip code 27295. Seems like a good starting point! I just got back from my apartment search in Winston today, and look forward to moving there soon. Best of luck with the rest of your search!
