I had my house on the market, and the initial listing agent's time has expired. I was quite disappointed in that realtor - I know that the economy is challenging, so I didn't expect the house to be sold in 90 days, or that I'd even have an offer in that time frame, but I did expect this person to put some effort into marketing the property, taking photos in a timely manner, etc. At any rate, I am now looking to re-list my home with another realtor, and would love any recommendations you can give (via PM.)
It's a 4-bedroom ranch in a convenient part of Winston, with a number of recent updates.
