I don't enjoy Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts. Is there a mom + pop donut shop in the Triad? Or better yet in or around Winston-Salem...

Donut World on W. Market in Greensboro is great.
Not sure what's best in W-S.

Don't like KK??? Do you also not like happiness and joy and soft things?

Thanks!
I love all things snuggley and joyous, not homogenized products made by a corporation. I think it's very important to support small businesses in the Triad, so I look forward to trying Donut World!

Most big, evil corporations began as small businesses. KK is no different, began right here and is still here.

it sacro to punish a local headquarter company that started out as a local store 70 years ago.
No need to punish a company that has a record of helping out the community providing fund raising
for schools, churches, and youth groups. It your prerogative to not shop there but just because
it became successful

For more than 70 years, Krispy Kreme has been an integral part of the communities in which we live and operate our stores. Through a variety of methods, including our fundraising programs, Krispy Kreme has supported nonprofit organizations, community events and minor league sports teams

KK started as a small business but it is definitely BIG CORPORATE business now. Not the same shop as it was as a small business. Now- big bonuses for the brown nosing Management for laying off workers and on the backs of the workers that they laid off. The management of KK looks out for nothing but themselves not the foundation of workers that support them. KK sucks. Use to love their doughnuts but in the last few years, I just choke at the thought of supporting their ethics.
