I took a walk around Salem Lake today... approximately 7 miles. It is a beautiful walk, and today was a perfect day for it. I encourage anyone who enjoys walking to try it. I plan to take several more walks around the lake in the next few weeks so that I can admire the changing leaves. North Carolina is a beautiful state!
