Hello. My family and I have narrowed our search down to Lewisville NC.

We are interested in renting for a time while we get our bearings but am interested in Meadowlark Elementary School. I don't know if this question is too specific for the forum, but can anyone recommend an apartment complex that is within that school zone?

Thanks much.

Brookberry Park Apts. and Crown Club Apts. are both near Meadowlark. They both seem nice just from driving by, but I've never been in either complex so I can't speak to the details.

Thank you so much! I found Brookberry via an online search, but hadn't seen Crowne Club.

Ok sounds like you know the area some. Here is the Forsyth County & school Websites Forsyth County, N.C. & Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools / Overview Need to really look at the zones and districts. They have some changes next year.

Crowne Club is further up Country Club. Have you looked in the house rental? Also look in Lewisville & Clemmons area

^Yep 72, I took a minute to look up the maps, and Crowne Club is not in the Meadowlark Elementary zone. Sorry about that, OP! There are several apartment complexes along Peace Haven Rd. just north of US 421. Sorry I don't know the names, but you should be able to find them with google.

Good luck!

Thanks for your posts. I'm open to house rental, but was concerned if I settle in a house that a landlord is looking to sell and then they sell it, what happens to me and my family. Thank you so much for that zoning map. That is super helpful.

You could check with local real estate agents and ask if they have anything. Also. With the foreclosures that are occuring. Check with the owners bank before renting. I think they will work with you if you have a lease and are current. I would pay by cashier check or other type of trackable of payment method.
