Anyone know anything about Beaver Brook Subdivision in Clemmons? (homes, neighborhoods)

It appears to be a nice, small neighborhood. Just wonder if I am missing anything?

Oh, just being a cynic! Nothing made me think that! There are a couple homes in that subdivision that we are interested in. Trying to get a feel of the neighborhood. Do you know if there are young families in that neighborhood?

^ Yes, there are young families there. It's a relatively older neighborhood, so there may not be quite as many young families as some of the newer neighborhoods. Still there are plenty of kids there. It's a great location with nice homes and yards.
