Desperately need information about the location of the Woods at Grove Park.
It is located off Hwy. 40 the Alamance St. exit. Have visited this townhome
development , loved the townhomes & the quality of Keystone Homes, just
unsure of the surrounding area & resale potential.
Thanks for any information.

That area is growing like crazy, and Burlington is rapidly becoming a bustling suburb of both Greensboro and the Triangle. Ideally, if you are going to keep the townhome for a few years, you should have no problem with appreciation and resale. However, take into consideration that if you aren't planning to keep it for at least 4-5 years, you may be in competition with new construction when you go to resell, even from inside the development if it isn't built out.
Good luck!

Don't forget to have your own buyer representation with you- the onsite agents work for the seller!
And let me know if you need help moving the beach condo- perhaps I can get you an agent in Sunset Beach.

Thanks for the offer... perhaps I will need help later.
Have had terrible experiences with realtors in the past.
Presently, I am with Help-U-Sell.... one way I am able to stay involved & lower
percentages...my timing was wrong... should have listed during the summer.

Well to be perfectly frank, I'm not fond of real estate agents either!

Summer is the best time at the beach, as you know. But Brunswick County is the 14th fastest growing county in the US (Wake county is number 10). So you should be getting some showings.

Good luck!
