Does anyone know of any leasing agents in the area that won't charge an arm and a leg? We are re-locating and need to lease our house. Great neighborhood, schools....

Most big agencies won't do just one house. They like having multiples.

Having said that, if you can find one that will manage just one property, then they are going to charge you 10% plus up front fees for expense account etc. The advantage is you won't have to market the property, you won't have to worry about collecting the rent, less paperwork, and you won't get those middle of the night calls for repairs. You still get the bill, but at least you can sleep!

My family and I are relocating Winston Salem. My husband has been working there for a month now, and I have been looking for a house. But, I first want to ask, what size is the house?

Thank you,
Cyndi
