My husband and I are moving to the area and are looking for a cheap short term lease (either month to month or 3 month) while we wait for our Colorado house to sell. We have 2 cats so the apartment would have to be pet-friendly.

Does anyone know if they are relatively safe and bug-free? Is that area safe to live in? So far anything <$500 has been scary so I am not hopeful but I thought I would ask.
If anyone knows any decent apartments/efficiencies in the Triad that would work short term, I would appreciate the suggestions.
