The Natural Science Center of Greensboro has a new name and logo. It will be called "The Greensboro Science Center....Aquarium-Museum-Zoo

The aquarium is the center's newest attraction along with an expanded zoo. It will be the only facility in North Carolina with a zoo, museum and aquarium. The center also has an OmniSphere Theater which is like a 3D dome IMAX. EPCOT at Disney World also has an OmniSphere Theater.

The projector in Greensboro's OmniSphere is called the Super MediaGlobe Projector II, and it's the first of its kind in the United States. There's four total in the world, three in Japan, one of them here in the United States here in Greensboro. It is the single strongest projection system, projector, ever manufactured.

When will the whole thing be open? I took my wife there back on her birthday to see the animals at the zoo! That's one of her favorite places to go!
