I still own real estate in Greensboro and come there regularly.
I read all the stats and comments on forums. How is the market
in Greensboro and the triad? I am in Charlotte more now and of
course many people are moving here from out of state. What is
your perception of real estate trends in the triad?

You can gauge Greensboro apartment prices here - UNCGLiving - Greensboro apartments and condos near UNCG

I've heard the housing market is staying pretty steady and low in Greensboro and Raleigh compared to many other cities, though.

It looks like steady growth from the stats.
With all the "synergy" of downtown Greensboro, Dell, Fedex, Honda Jet,
Skybus and general growth in NC, I am wondering if interest in
Greensboro is picking up and if so, how much?

Well, I can say that there are fewer buyers than there were last year this time, but that could very well mean less Lookee Loos!Compared to last year, I am having fewer showings in the hotter neighborhoods where I have listings, but again, it may mean that we have more serious buyers (at least more with good credit!).

But it's not to say we aren't busy. Cause I am swamped!

My real estate agent has been telling me that things are pretty busy for her and the company she works for. Especially for homes under $175,000 and over $400,000.
