Open to opinions about Greensboro (Charlotte, Raleigh: crime, find a job, live)

Hello Everybody:
I am a young profesional who currently lives in Richmond Virginia. I am looking to relocate from Richmond and move to North Carolina. I have applied to jobs in Charlotte and Raleigh and have had no luck in landing a position. I have visited Greensboro before and thought it was a decent city. I was curious as to peoples' opionons on Greensboro as a possible relocation destination for a young professional trying to get on his feet and land a full time job. I work in the field of Human Resources and I am looking for a full time position in that field. Any thoughts and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Greensboro seems to be an up & coming city...they try at least. Crime probably similar to Richmond (maybe a little less...but not much)...can get to a lot of places fairly quick...Raleigh, Charlotte, beaches, mountains...etc.

If you could not find a job in Charlotte or Raleigh area...Greensboro might be just as challenging.

I agree with WFW&P...do not move without a job. Good Luck!

fyi...IMO...for a young single professional...there is only 1 city for you in NC....C H A R L O T T E!!!
