Hotel recommendation near High Point, off 85? (Archdale: hotels, price, vs)

Can any of you locals recommend a hotel just off 85 near High Point that is reasonably priced and in a safe location?

It depends if you mean Buisness (old) 85 or (new) Interstate 85?

If you are looking for downtown High Point near old 85 I would suggest the Raddison if you are looking towards new 85 I would suggest Fairfield technically area around new 85 is part of Archdale. Any place around Archdale you will be safe.

( I reference new vs old due to I been around long enough before new 85 existed)
