Does anyone have any information on what's going on in Clemmons? There seems to be some form of ground breaking on the corner of Lewisville-Clemmons road and I-40. I know Novant is trying to expand its presence there. Seems to me that will be a new hot spot for a Winston suburb.

It's part of the Clemmons Town Center project, which has been in progress for years but was delayed by the economic downturn of 2008-2009 (the Panera Bread complex was the first phase). The plan includes apartments and additional retail space, and it will eventually link up with the medical center campus off Harper Rd.
