I have clients in Reedy Fork Ranch and they all love it. yes the yards aren't giant, but find a new home community where they are larger and I'll show you a community in Oak Ridge or Summerfield that will cost you at least 1 arm and 1 leg. The lack of yard size is MORE than made up for in the amenities- walking trails, playgrounds, pool, etc. Everyone I've sold out there loves it.
I've always felt Reedy was more properly understood as a lifestyle package. When I helped out on site at the offices or represented buyer-clients, I tried to point this out. It takes some getting used to for most people. I'd assume that in some sections the more social (or friendly?) you are the better your experience day to day. Boy could I tell some stories about Reedy Fork... it seems like just last week it was only an idea!!
We built our home with TrueHomes last year and they were awesome. Their floor plans are on their website. We are very pleased with our home & have great neighbors. The only thing we'd change is the size of our lot. Our teenage son says that after he graduates from college, he wants to buy our house from us, so his children can grow up in this house.
