Anyone have a good referral for real estate agent that charges reasonable commission? Want to sell my home...great schools. Also, handyman for some minor repairs and paint? Thanks.

From what I understand (I've bought and sold several homes over the years), real estate commissions are somewhat standard. If an agent is willing to take a listing for a lower than normal commission, they may have trouble getting other agents to show your home to buyers if the buyers' agents won't make as much for your house as they would at someone's else's house.
My recommendation is to get the best agent possible. They'll be worth their weight in gold by helping you sell you house for as much as possible, as quickly as possible. A really good agent should more than make up for commission percentage by getting the best possible price for your house.
