Ok...I sold my house in Kernersville in December due to a divorce and I am looking for a new place. I really don't want to move into an apartment since I have already had my own place so I was looking for a townhouse, condo, or loft. The problem is I work in High Point and I am in graduate school in Greensboro and have very little time to continue to look for a place. Plus, everything is so darn expensive these days. I have excellent credit and make a decent wage, but I am not looking to strap myself financially. I would like less than $600/month, but an area that is safe for a single young woman (I am 28) to come home late at night alone. Rental rates seem to have gotten out of control, but I cannot continue to stay at my parents house, it is driving me out of my mind.
