This is ironic to me because the Triad is one of the most food insecure locations in the country. I guess it's progress, though. Yay.

The areas that have the worst problems with food insecurity and food deserts aren't the solidly middle to middle-upper income areas like Clemmons and Lewisville where the grocery stores are falling over each other to locate.
i know some people who wanted to open a business on the east side of Winston and as soon as they opened they started to lose money because they had to pay to fix all the vandalism and pay for all the loss due to theft. Plus had to call the police due to people just hanging out out front. So you prob can guess what happened next after a year. They closed down and moved to another area of winston that was not east of US 52 and now are doing great due to not having to pay for the issues that they had at thier first location
