There has been an extensive study of eviction rates across the country, and sadly it reports that Greensboro is #7. This study looked at 83 million eviction reports. This article begins with cases in Richmond, VA,(#2) where 1 in 9 rentals ends in eviction but quickly moves to aspects of the issue nationwide.
Greensboro's statistics indicate that 19.8% of rentals are filed for eviction, with 8.4% of evicted.
