Hi everyone, My husband has an opportunity to relocate to greensboro, and his pay rate will remain the same, since it's a national company! Great for him. But We most definitly are a 2 earner family as he earns around 40K. We are attracted to the area, especially the pace, and affordable homes, looks like a great place to raise a family. We are from the Philly burbs. I have my Masters in Social Work, and worked with the elderly for the past 10 years. PA does not require a Liceanse to practice, Does anyone know if i will have a problem, i've been searching the net, and found only a few leads, but the benefits were not great, wasn't sure of the pay, as it was not listed. Here I earn around $45k is that unreasonable for NC? My current benefits aren't bad and i have onsite cheap daycare ($200/week for 2 kids). when comparing, only the homes seem cheaper, all other expenses food, gas and child care seem comparable. Anyone know of a nice, affordable, reputable child care? The good news, i don't have to move...but if i could better my families life, i would in a minute. Thanks for any thoughts or tips!
