Hi, I am moving into Winston area in a couple of months and was wondering what is the average cost for utilities/water/sewage for a 575 sq ft apartment?

Hard to say. A lot of complexes include water/sewer in the rent. There can be variances if it's all electric vs. part electric and part gas. If you have a washer/dyer in the apt, it'll add to the utilities cost.

Do you have an apt already lined up? If so, the complex management should be able to give you a reasonably good estimate.

Thanks for the reply! I am actually moving into the new West End Station so I couldn't exactly get an estimated amount.

Sorry I couldn't help, but I wish you the best. It looks like a GREAT place to be!

We lived in W-S a number of years ago, not very far from your new apt. So much has changed in the past 10 years... a lot of very nice new additions.

Electricity won't be much, I'd guess $50 -$75/month. Water and sewer will be around $30 -$40 a month unless you use a lot of water (assuming water and sewer isn't included in your rent).
