This isn't something that a person wrongly accused of sock puppetry would say. They would consider it humorous or ludicrous, or would just dismiss it all as silliness. These are the words of someone who believes they have gone to sufficient lengths to differentiate the grammar, spelling, punctuation, word order, and writing style of their two personas and telling us that he did exactly that and others should realize this.
You just blew your cover, and the fact that you're having a conversation with your ego within minutes of the previous post is quite telling as well.
Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what it is you are gaining by going through all of this? Or what it is that you sincerely hope to accomplish? What ever happened to the olden days when people would just watch porn when they had excess time on their hands?
This entire exercise simply isn't going well for you. And my only ties to the Triad are having visited several times and being a well-wisher of the region which I think is underrated overall and gets an undeserved wrap in many cases as boring and having nothing to do simply because it's located between Charlotte and the Triangle which have obvious size advantages.
But carry on sir.
I think you mean rap, not "wrap". And likely, "alter" ego. You sir, are also no me.
This is getting ridiculous, unless you have genuinely confused yourself with your contradictory storylines.
First, it was "I decided to move site unseen to Greensboro to be close to my daughter who's at college in Charlotte [is that really a thing? like geeeesh...let go parentals] but not too close, and Raleigh was a little too far. I figured since Greensboro was in NC it shouldn't be too bad, so I decided to move there site unseen. Oh my God, what an utter hellhole, why hasn't this place been nuked yet."
Then, in response to my statement that Greensboro may have high crime but it doesn't really have a reputation as a high-crime city, it was "You are so wrong. It does have a reputation for crime because I was able to look that up from 700 miles away in Boston, which is where I lived before moving to Greensboro. You're clueless."
After pointing out that you are seemingly unaware of what the term "reputation" connotes, I realized that you had contradicted your earlier statement about moving to Greensboro site unseen without doing any research about the city beforehand as you subsequently stated that you learned about Greensboro's high crime rate from research you had done up in Boston prior to moving to NC.
Get it now? No? Don't know what to tell you except that Boston's reputation as an educated, intellectual city has taken quite a few hits in this thread alone.

And you enclosed statements in quotation marks not actually attributable to me. Twice. This is a grievous error among accomplished writers. And overall, it's an extremely confusing and disjointed post. Southern educated?
From your own Rhino Times, dated November 2020: "Greensboro Ranked As State's Most Dangerous City". Sounds suspiciously similar to a "reputation". Which it "doesn't really have"?
My "alter ego" joined this forum in 2015. He or she waited 6 years to hatch this scheme? Can you honestly say that this seems reasonable to you? Please say no.

He knows that we are different people. He and I have had our debates in the past. Don't fall for his mind games. It's his way of trying to shut you up...
Yeah it's getting late and homonyms are apparently my Achilles' heel tonight. I'm human...it happens at times.
