Has this just opened or has it been open for a while? I'm impressed. Got an email from O'Henry Hotel about concerts for Patti La Belle and Josh Groban. I wish we could get them in Durham or Raleigh. Maybe we will.

I THINK it was supposed to open during the pandemic and opening was delayed.

It has been open for about two weeks. I went to a show there last weekend - the interior of the theater is pretty spectacular. I think it will be a big boost for downtown.

Is there a lot of parking in the area? That is my pet peeve.

3 decks within a block, plus on street parking.

Good thanks. Over in Durham there is a lot of free parking but it can fill up. Last time I found a pay to park garage.

As mentioned above, there are 3 public decks extremely close by, as well as the premium parking lot directly next to the theater. I parked in the Bellemeade deck. It was $10 - not sure if that was a special situation since the Folk Festival was also going on, or if that will be the norm for Tanger Center event nights. Either way, it's cheaper than the $20 I paid to park at the Coliseum a few weeks back. I'm not sure that finding free parking is or should be a reasonable expectation in a downtown area.
