So this shopping center has always fascinated me. Not sure why this beautiful site seems to not have alot of places occupying the storefronts..I could just see a Bath and Body works in there along with smaller foot print stores like that . looks like if rents too high , they would adjust the prices to get store teanets in . I miss the Hallmark that use to be there .. Was this an attempt to gentrify this part of town .Ahead of it time maybe? I feel like it has alot of waste potential. Also I'm sure other developers that might have had an interest in this part of town, has probably lost interest after seeing that this place didn't quiet pan out I feel like this part of town could have a lot more with 840 so close to it now!
