I noticed that construction is finally underway at the corner of Battleground and Markland. This lot was going to be a new carwash at one point, but I think that is no longer the case (although, I don't know for sure). Any information about what might be going there? I'm really happy to see this important corner finally get some much-needed attention.

Hopefully not another car wash
.. or mattress store lol.. would be nice to have a good food place there. I still think it's odd that the new oil change place is facing the way it is. I mean I get why they had to build it that way, but just looks odd. Also another oil change place wasn't needed with all the others so near by ..
