Hi all, looking for any recommendations for a Realtor to provide some lots/land listings for the Triad/ possibly Rock Hill/FM areas.
We're looking generally around Greensboro/WS/Kernersville, as it seems RH/FM may be too pricey for us, and there doesn't seem to be much land left in those areas south of Charlotte at a reasonable cost.

Tract is OK, but we'd be an "owner-builder" so builder-owned lots would not work for us since they typically lock you in with them, or charge an outrageous price if you build yourself.

1/2ac and up, possibly larger 1-2ac lot if the price is right to possibly have a plot for our son in the future.
Thank you
