My fiance & I will be moving to Kernersville NEXT Friday! What are the nice areas of the town? We are looking for apartments, but have found NOTHING that's worth looking at in the town... Any suggestions???

Welcome to the Triad! I hope you like it here.

The nicest area of Kernersville, in my learned opinion, is just off Bus 40 on highway 66--a small, humble piece of real estate currently occupied by Prissy Polly's restaurant. It's the only place to get real eastern style NC barbecue in these parts, so it's definitely the best place to be.

as for apartments, you should consider looking at abbotts creek or the meadows. both are nice. the meadows apartments are only a year old. both convenient to i-40.
