While I thought the way "O" closed and the way the originally-announced replacement just kind of went away were a bit flaky, Soby does have a good track record. Should be interesting (and a fun event for those who'll be in town on NYE).
Table 301 proudly introduced "Nose Dive" as it ventures newest concept restaurant in the old Restaurant O space. This is Soby and Freidenks's first venture into the realm of the Gastropub; I wish them best of luck and can't wait to stop in for a taste!
