If you know anything about the BIN112 guys, this place will be first-class all the way...the name is catchy and suggestive and I think ,quite clever...but I would almost guarantee, sight unseen, that there will be no "nudity/breasts on the paintings" in this place...we shall see... but I'm guessing this will be a HIT! just like all of their other ventures! sounds like a nice addition to Greer's growing restaurant scene...
I'm all for trying to be cute and making play on words, but honestly, I think the name may hurt them a bit. Some people will see that name and not look in to it any further. From what I understand of the area is this is the Bible Belt? I don't know how that will be received by many. Of course, first thing I thought of when I saw it was "Uh Oh, that's going to be in DT Greer - now it's REALLY going to go to pot." Hey, maybe I should open a garden center in DT Greer called the Pot House - peole will REALLY start to wonder what's going on in/with DT Greer
yeah well..Greenville needs to lighten up a little bit! there's a big old world out there and times they are a changing. Back in the day people thought that South Main Street was a boondoggle that no one would ever visit past 5:00 in the evening (boy were they wrong). The catchy/slightly racy name of the restaurant will be of no matter if the food is phenomenal! and let's hope it is...it's 2011, it's ok to talk about strip clubs....and steak...in the same sentence...it doesn't mean anything...and in the big picture, it's a marketing tool... and nobody's gonna burn in hell for it...
