I love looking at houses and every time I drive by Cliffs at Glassy I want to peek behind the gates so bad.

I was with some other people one time and we stopped and said one of the people were interested in looking at houses. They had a sign stating a realtor was onsite. They did not want to let us in alone. We'd have to go with a realtor so we just left.

Is there a restaurant or something inside that we can say we're going to to get past the gates to have a look around?

Unless you have a specific appointment with a realtor and your name is on the list at the guard gate, you won't get in. They are very strict about who gets in and the guard is on duty 24 / 7.

No, it's pretty exclusive. I've been in a few times only because I've performed at the clubhouse. There really aren't many houses on the main road anyway, they are all pretty secluded.

Contact them for a tour. The Cliffs Communities, Premier Golf and Wellness Communities.Tiger Woods Golf I've been in keowee too. Great place. From what many people tell me, Glassy is getting older and more outdated, less desirable. I do security I've been in quite a few times. It all looks the same after a while.

You 'should' need ties to someone who lives there or to get an appointment.
