Hot Dog King location is prime, a bit small though but something could do very well there. I really hope something great goes in where the Atlanta Bread Company was. The whole area around the Hyatt really has fallen off for awhile there, hopefully that end of downtown will have a nice additional to it.
Anyone know who is interested in this spot? Personally, I hope it is local and not national! And what is going into the old Atlanta Bread Company?

The Hot Dog King space and its adjacent parking lot is prime retail for vertical development. Someone wanting to build a mid-rise may find the site pleasing.

Sad to see them go. I hope they aren't going to Woodruff Rd. I hate that place and avoid it like the plague! If I need something on Woodruff Rd, I can drive to Spartanburg and buy it in the time it takes to get to the right store on Woodruff Rd and get back out again. I only go to anything on Woodruff Rd if someone else is driving.
