I hope that doesn't mean more of the ugly architectural violence that is the One Project will be build there. Though, that area is already plagued with ugly buildings.

Is there a city that's mostly Catholic and has strict standards for architectural aesthetics?

So you're mad that the judge didn't agree with you and Heidi. Cry a river and build me a bridge while you're at it.

I see your Qdoba and raise you a Baja Fresh. We talked to the franchisee of the Atlanta store and told him to look hard at Greenville. Hey, one can dream.

I agree with Baja Fresh. For quick service Mexican/Southwestern food, they are very good. On par with Chipotle.

Agree. We did talk to the franchise owner of the Atlanta store (an Indian guy from Philly) and he seemed very interested in Greenville. The main problem with the Atlanta one is lack of free parking, but it's in a pretty decent location being across from the Aquarium and Coca Cola.

Ave Maria, FL is a planned college town near Naples. The Ave Maria Foundation is headed by the Dominos Pizza guy.

I love Qdoba, however, I'd be game for a Baja Fresh as long as the menu is affordable. I think affordabilty for such a family oriented town may have played into Atlanta Bread's demise (not sure if there were other issues).
Ok, someone better be on a mission here to bring Baja in. JT
