Noticed clearing of the (Sold) property across the road from the new McAfee funeral home site at exit 31A on I385. RT 417 South Main Street, Mauldin. Wonder what business is going in there? Some say an out of state gas station/mini mart is going in. Any clues?

Probably QT- QuikTrip. They are going up all over the upstate.

Spinx is going there. It was originally going to be QT but for some reason that fell through. Site was then sold to Spinx according to CoStar.
