Glad you are loving Greenville! I agree it is as great place to live. As a native I tell people I may just not know how great other places are to live but I have a hard time thinking of a better place to raise a family.

The project he did for us was exactly what we wanted and came in slightly early and slightly under budget. Having heard all the horror stories we were ready for the worst. The main reason we didn't consider using anyone else when it was time to build our home was that he took responsibility for an accounting error that dropped a zero on his estimate for one of his sub contractors and refused to let us pay more than he had originally quoted us, even though it cost him.
I've recommended him to several friends and they are still friends. Good luck on the house!
